Whiteboard Games #1 : Cannons

Whiteboard Games #1 : Cannons

Time to time, I would like to post some cool games for interactive whiteboards.  They are great fun to play during breaks or in free times of the school day. Today we start with the game called “Cannons”, a simplified version of famous Tanks that I was playing a lot, many years ago.  Up to four players try to adjust speed and angle for the projectile motion of the cannon – yes there is a lot of physics in here- to shoot the other players. You can also move the cannons by cursor keys. Download here. (size: 2.1 Mb)Good luck!

Interactive 3D simulations- Showcase

Interactive 3D simulations- Showcase

I have found very nice interactive simulations over the net. ForgeFX is proud to present this collection of some of  favorite projects. Interactive 3D technology applies to a broad range of applications and the examples we selected represent a good selection of different areas. Have a look at the educational simulations link. I enjoyed playing with Design and Test Simulator in which you design and test a catapult to get the expected result. Eye, 4-stroke engine, Animal and Plant cells, Eclipses, Solar system are some others worth looking at…
